Your tasks
- Design Planning
- Create and submit building permit applications and change of use applications
- Consultations with building authorities and other government agencies
- Create design and execution plans for data centers (1-5)
- Coordinate collaboration with specialist planners, engineers, and clients.
- Keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs.
Your profile
- A completed degree in architecture (diploma, bachelor's, or master's).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in design and execution planning, preferably in structural engineering.
- Experience in preparing supporting documents for building permit applications and approval processes.
- Secure application of CAD software (e.g., Allplan, Revit) and interest in new digital planning methods.
- Sound knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
- A structured approach, initiative, and teamwork.
- Enthusiasm for technical infrastructure and innovative, sustainable solutions.
